Arveo Company delivered a comprehensive range of finishing and construction works at The Saudi Arabian Chevron – Business Administration & Residential Community project, adhering to the highest quality standards and in full compliance with approved technical specifications and plans. The work included the installation of scaffolding systems, plastering, marble work, and advanced cement plastering systems, all while strictly adhering to rigorous work schedules and safety and quality requirements.

First: Scaffolding Works

Supply, installation, maintenance and dismantling of scaffolding for all buildings and fences
Re-erecting scaffolding in different areas according to work requirements
Preparing material delivery lists and monitoring their condition throughout the usage period.
Strict adherence to safety procedures during installation and dismantling. Our distinguishing features: rapid response, precise execution, and zero accidents during the project.

Second: Cement plastering works (Render Plaster System + Sealer Coat)

Supply and implementation of a complete cement plastering system according to approved specifications
Installing accessories such as metal angle beads
Cleaning and treating surfaces and removing old oils and paints
Applying the Key Coat – SRC 2 Spatter Dash Coat layer to the block
High-quality application of the final sealer layer. Our distinguishing features: adherence to technical specifications, superior finishing quality, and consistent surface finishes.

Third: Marble Flooring & Skirting Works

Providing skilled labor and specialized supervisors
Cutting and installing marble in all sizes according to approved plans
Performing screed and bedding work and adjusting levels

Fourth: Interior and exterior plastering works

Supplying all materials (sand - cement) and lifting them to the required floors
