The SEDRA project is one of the most prominent projects by ROSHN Real Estate Development Company, backed by the Public Investment Fund, and is located north of Riyadh. The project is distinguished by offering a modern and integrated lifestyle based on a pedestrian-centric urban design that prioritizes open spaces and the natural environment. The project includes modern residential apartments within an integrated community, where 45% of each plot of land is dedicated to open spaces, in addition to 2.8 km of green areas extending along the valley, giving the neighborhood a distinctive natural character.

ROSHN in SEDRA relies on a combination of modern technologies in construction and irrigation, while preserving the architectural identity inspired by the Salmani style, which is inspired by traditional Najd architecture, where the building facades come in two options: Salmani Classic and Salmani Modern. The project is part of ROSHN’s vision to develop integrated communities in various regions of the Kingdom, within a plan that includes 9 cities in 4 main regions.

ARVIO Real Estate Development participated in the execution of advanced construction and finishing works within the Roshn – Sidra 1B project, one of the largest modern residential projects in Riyadh. The company provided high-quality execution solutions that included block installation, tiling, skirting, and interior plastering, in accordance with the highest technical standards approved by Saudi Icon and the national developer, ROSHN.
